1. General Policy

At Roop Veda’s Face Yoga, we strive to provide high-quality digital wellness content and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests will be considered under the following conditions: The request is submitted within 7 days of the purchase date. The user is unable to access purchased content due to technical issues from our side. Duplicate payments or accidental multiple charges. The customer is genuinely dissatisfied with the service provided.

3. Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds may not be approved in cases including but not limited to: Abuse or misuse of the platform. Excessive consumption/download of course content before requesting refund. Requests made after the 7-day refund period. Failure to follow provided instructions or technical requirements on the user’s side.

4. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their subscription or access at any time. However, refund eligibility will only apply if the cancellation request is made within the applicable 7-day refund window.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider and banking partner.
