1. Medical Disclaimer & No Guarantee of Results

Roop Veda's Face Yoga provides digital content designed for general wellness, aesthetic maintenance, and facial muscle exercises. We are not a medical organization, and our instructors are not medical doctors or dermatologists.

Results depend entirely on your individual biology, age, genetics, skin elasticity, underlying health conditions, consistency of practice, and execution of the exercises. By using our Service, you explicitly understand and agree that:

• Face yoga exercises may not work for everyone.
• Your skin and facial structure may not change, or may change in ways you did not anticipate.
• You should consult with a healthcare professional or dermatologist before starting any new facial exercise regimen, especially if you have had recent surgery, Botox, dermal fillers, facial injuries, or severe acne/skin conditions.
• Any physical exercise carries a risk of injury. You agree to assume all risk and liability for any injuries, skin irritation, or physical distress resulting from the use of our Service.

2. Intellectual Property, Code & Reverse Engineering

The Service and its original content, features, functionality, and underlying technology are and will remain the exclusive property of Roop Veda's Face Yoga and its licensors. Our content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Under no circumstances are you permitted to:

• Copy our Code: You may not view, copy, reproduce, scrape, or extract the HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or any backend logic of this website.
• Reverse Engineer: You are strictly prohibited from reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to discover the source code or underlying algorithms of our website, quiz logic, or application architecture.
• Steal Content: You may not download, screen-record, distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, or use our videos, images, text, or workout routines for any commercial or public purposes without our express written permission.
• Create Derivatives: You may not create derivative works based on our platform, design language, or instructional methods.

Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property or code will result in immediate termination of your account and aggressive legal action, including claims for financial damages.

3. User Accounts and Data

When you create an account with us (including logging in via Firebase), you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding the password and credentials you use to access the Service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Certain parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis or require a one-time payment. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis depending on the subscription plan you select.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate Refund Policy on our checkout page, all payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time through your account settings, but you will not receive a refund for the current billing period.

You agree not to use the Service:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any physical injury or lack of physical/aesthetic results from utilizing our programs;
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Delhi, India, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
